Built on Dedication.
In 2006, Francisco Chaires began his journey in remodeling, working for a company where he developed both his technical expertise and a deep passion for transforming spaces.
In those early years, Francisco took on every role himself—handling demolition, installations, finishing work, and client communication. Through long days, late nights, and an unwavering commitment to quality, he built his reputation one project at a time.
A Clear Vision.
In November 2015, he founded First Choice Remodeling LLC with no money or connections—only a clear vision and the determination to bring it to life.
What began as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted and expanding company. Today, Francisco leads a dedicated team of over 50 skilled trade professionals, successfully managing an average of 15 projects each month across Houston and surrounding areas.
Rising to the Need.
His hands-on experience continues to shape the standard of excellence the company is known for today.
From the very beginning, his wife, Karla has been an essential part of that journey. As a stay-at-home mom, she stepped into the business as it began to grow and quickly rose to meet its needs. When the company required support with taxes, she pursued the necessary education and became a tax professional.
A Shared Commitment.
As financial operations became more complex, she became a certified bookkeeper. Today, Karla oversees and manages all administrative and financial operations, providing the structure and leadership that supports the company’s continued growth.
Together, their journey reflects resilience, sacrifice, and a shared commitment to building something meaningful—not just for their family, but for every client they serve. Because we don’t just remodel spaces… we create places where stories continue.
